GENERAL:

By paying the stall holder’s registration fee, you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Bumble Bee Baby and
Children’s Market accessible via http://bumblebeebaby.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/20221202-Stall-Holder-Terms-and-Conditions.pdf .

REFUNDS:

If the event is canceled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all stall holders.

A refund of 50% will be given for any stall holder initiated cancellations up to four weeks before the scheduled market date. Refunds beyond this time period will be issued at the discretion of management. In extenuating circumstances we may arrange a transfer of the stallholder fee to a later date.

All stall holder initiated refunds will be subject to a $10 administration fee.

DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY:

Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
