Terms & Conditions

Cancellation by Customer:
More than 21 days notice customer will receive a full refund.
Between 14 & 21 days notice 25% of the total ticket cost will be taken as a cancellation fee.
Between 7 & 14 days notice 50% of the total cost will be taken as a cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days notice 100% of the total cost will be taken as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Venue:
A full refund shall be provided if Venue has to cancel due to Covid Lockdown and / or Government Restrictions that makes it impossible for us to operate.
Venue will abide by all current Government directives in relation to capacities and any other restrictions or directives that are imposed due to Covid.
Venue reserves all rights to cancel event if they are unable to run event due to staff shortages or other ramifications due to Covid. Full refunds shall be provided to all bookings.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
