Terms and Conditions  −  School Holiday Activities - Young Doctors - July 2021

By enrolling your child into a Thinkways workshop, you acknowledge that the above information is correct and accept these terms and conditions. Thinkways reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the numbers enrolled make the program unviable or in the event of factors which may arise that are beyond our control. In this case, the cost of the ticket(s) will be refunded (this does not include any booking fees). Parents are responsible for organising transport to and from the workshop and there is no refund or credit if a child fails to attend. Thinkways reserves the right to refuse or terminate workshop participation if rules and directions are not followed. In this instance, you will be required to collect your child from the workshop. Except as otherwise expressly required by law, Thinkways does not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any participant as a result of his or her participation in a workshop due to any cause whatsoever unless caused by the proven negligence of Thinkways and employees. Where it is not practical to make contact with the parent/guardian in the first instance, you consent to your child receiving medical treatment as may be considered necessary.
