Terms and Conditions  −  The ATC Long Lunch 2021

1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt in the case of registrations or other event payments.
7. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
8. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, Ambrose Treacy College Foundation Limited and Ambrose Treacy College is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact the event organiser.
9. Proof of age or concession card may be requested.
10. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
11. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
12. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
13. Subject to clause 14 below, if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to you.
14. If, at the time of purchasing the ticket, you elect for the ticket price to constitute a gift to the Ambrose Tracey College Foundation Bursary Fund should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Ambrose Tracey College Foundation Limited will:
A. apply your GST inclusive ticket price to the Ambrose Tracey College Foundation Bursary Fund; and
B. issue you with a receipt for the GST inclusive ticket price that complies with the requirements in section 30-228(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth).
15. Any data or personal information that is collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
16. COVID-19 specific conditions of entry. You acknowledge that the event may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government directions or regulations may be in force regarding the number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself) ) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. If that is the case, then the number of persons permitted to be in or around the Venue may be affected, resulting in the Seller being required to or deciding to:
cancel or postpone the event;
reduce the number of persons who may attend the event;
change your seating allocation; and/or
change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the event;
in which case You may receive a refund in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event.
If you are attending the event as part of a group, as the primary ticket purchaser, you are responsible for knowing the contact details of all attendees in your group. In the event you are contacted directly by the Government, including the Department of Health for the purposes of contact tracing, you must: (a) make the contact details of your group available to the Government (if you have the consent of each group member to do so); or (b) contact each member of your group, and request that they provide their contact details to the Government directly.
All attendees in your group, including yourself, must commit to stopping the spread of COVID-19. If at the time of the event, either you, or any other members of your group are feeling unwell or are subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period, you agree not to attend the event. If you do attend the event, you agree to assume all risk associated with COVID-19
