Terms and Conditions  −  2021 Magical Music Concert

All attendees are expected to adhere to the Ignite COVID-Safe plan (https://ignitechoir.com.au/2020-covid-safe-plan) including:
- Pre-registration and contact tracing requirements
- Hygiene and COVID screening measures
- Physical distancing
- Following directions from COVID-Safe monitors

All tickets are refundable in the case of late cancellation due to COVID restrictions.
We expect ticket holders to stay away if unwell, and will issue a full refund under this circumstance.

All ticketholders will need to provide contact-tracing details using a QR code link. Please familiarise yourself with the QR reader on your smartphone before arriving. You will be required to show that you have completed the form before being allowed entry.

Doors open 30 minutes before each concert. It is requested that audience arrive no earlier than this, and maintain 1.5m social distancing whilst waiting for entry. We also request that audience leave promptly at the conclusion of the concert.
