TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions should be read carefully prior to purchase and any queries relating to them should be raised with us prior to purchase, as purchase of ticket(s) constitutes agreement of these terms and conditions. A valid ticket must be produced to get into the show. Please notify us of any access requirements at the time of booking. Removing any part of, altering or defacing the ticket may invalidate your ticket. Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre may vary these terms and conditions at any time.

ABOUT PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Tickets are sold by Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre at standard prices for the relevant performance, although a discount to standard prices is currently available to Groups that book 10 or more tickets for the Wednesday 13th October - Saturday Matinee 16th September 2021 performances.  By requesting tickets through the Website, the User is placing a booking request for tickets on the Terms that is only deemed accepted by and binding on Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre once it has processed valid payment and sent the User email confirmation of the booking.

DISCOUNT PAYMENTS
To receive the above-mentioned discount all bookings must be made via the Ticket Hotline only on 0411 660 506 or scoutsshoutsyouththeatre@gmail.com or via the Ticket Desk. By purchasing tickets online you acknowledge that you will not be getting the discounted offer.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
May incur a surcharge fee by the booking system. To make any payment by credit/debit/charge card, the User must provide the cardholder's name and email address, the card number, the card security code, the card expiry date and (where applicable) the card start date and/or issue number.

ABOUT CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend the performance, we can offer a ticket exchange, subject to availability.

REFUNDS DUE TO COVID CLOSURE
Should performances of Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre not proceed due to Covid Restrictions, a full refund of the Ticket Price will be paid back to the facility originally debited. There is no refund of any fees and charges collected by Trybooking to process the tickets. Please contact the Department Head of Ticket Sales to discuss any refunds on 0411 660 506.

ABOUT TICKETS
Tickets will only be issued upon receipt of full payment. Tickets will be emailed to your registered email address unless purchased via cash in which tickets will be provided be the Ticket Desk. If tickets are not received it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.

ABOUT RESERVED BOOKINGS
Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre allows reserved bookings for up to 14 days from date of reservation at which time $5 per ticket deposit is required. If no further correspondence has been made Scouts Shouts Youth Theatre reserves the right to reallocate the tickets.

ABOUT COLLECTION
If purchase of tickets is made online the user must print his/her tickets at home. Bookings made through the Ticket Desk / Hotline will be issued their tickets during booking or can arrange collection of tickets from the box office at the theatre on the night of the performance. Where collection of tickets is at the theatre, this must be done no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the performance. 

RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified after purchase. Please check your ticket(s) on receipt carefully and contact us immediately if there is a mistake.

Where concessions are applicable, at collection of tickets or to replace lost tickets, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets. This could include the acknowledgement of order sent by us to you, the credit/debit card used by you to purchase ticket(s) or photo ID
