When you book online and your payment is processed successfully, you will have the option to view, download and/or print your ticket/s. You will also receive an email with your ticket information within 10 minutes of booking. Please be ready to show your ticket at the workshop (either printed or displayed on your phone).
If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have booked, the following options are available to you:
- You can transfer your booking to a friend. Please notify Drum Effect of the transfer (including the name and email address of the person attending in your place).
- If you provide at least 5 days’ notice to Drum Effect, your payment can be credited towards another Drum Effect workshop.
- If you provide at least 5 days’ notice to Drum Effect, the full amount can be refunded to you.
Drumming, particularly indoors, can be very loud and can cause hearing damage. Earplugs are recommended.
Audio recording during Drum Effect events is permitted (at appropriate times during the workshop/class). Video recording is not permitted unless the class teacher specifically gives permission. Any audio or video recordings may only be used for personal, non-commercial use.
Drum Effect may take photos or sound/video recordings during classes for use in Drum Effect’s promotional material.
To the extent permitted by law, Drum Effect excludes liability to you (including for negligence) for any injury, loss or damage you suffer or incur as result of participating in Drum Effect workshops, classes or retreats.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
