CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Where a registered attendee can no longer attend, another person may take their place. The organiser must be notified in writing by 12pm on the day of the event, with the replacement guest's details. Please note that we may not be able to cater for special dietary requirements notified after 28 September; this will be at the discretion of the venue.

Should no replacement be found, the following will apply:
• On or before Tuesday 28 September - ticket cost will be refunded, less a $10 (ex GST) administration fee
• After Tuesday 28 September – no refunds will be given after this date; how-ever you may nominate a replacement attendee.

All refund and name change requests MUST be in writing to debra@anagramevents.com.au
All refund requests will be processed after the event.

If the event is cancelled due to a COVID-19 related Government directive, such as lockdown or other restrictions that prevent the event from going ahead, an alternative date will be arranged where possible. Tickets will transfer to the new date, or guests can arrange a refund if not able to attend.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS
It is a condition of entry to the venue that any COVID-19 Government mandates that are in force on 5 October 2021, such as wearing of masks, checking into venue and social distancing, be adhered to by all guests.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
