Given the requirements from the Australian Government, all attendees must hold a Covid-19 vaccination certificate. This will be required to be shown prior to the event.
The event will be run with a Covid safe plan in place.
If the event is cancelled due to a lock down or other unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will reserve the right to have their tickets either:
A. Fully refunded
B: Transferred to a new date
You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 14 before the date and time of the event.
If you are unwell with any Covid-19 symptoms in the 2 weeks prior to the event, please alert the organiser and a refund will be made.
Please do not attend the event if you have any symptoms or have been listed as a close contact of someone who has Covid-19.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
