TERMS & CONDITIONS
Ticketholders will receive a link to our YouTube livestream via email on the afternoon/evening of the show. Please do the right thing and don't share the link with others.
This is a live, online event and must be watched in real time, with the show kicking off at 7.30pm (AEST). The show won't be available once it has finished.
We're offering the livestream primarily as a service to those who cannot make it physically to the show, and to help us pay our artists and crew during the pandemic.
If there are any technical issues (at our end) that mean you miss more than 20% of the show, refunds will be given to livestream ticket holders - we'll contact you the day after the show. Unfortunately we can't offer refunds if you purchase a ticket then decide not to (or forget to) tune in.
This is an experimental service and there will be limited technical help available during the feed. If you encounter difficulties please email email@example.com and we'll contact you the next day.
The feed is from a single professional camera with audio sourced from the stage microphone and an ambient microphone to ensure the acts can be heard cleanly. A screen grab sample can be seen on our ticketing homepage.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
