This event has a non-refundable deposit of $100 for fully paid tickets for all cancellations made on or after 14 days before the commencement of the workshop event date. Deposit may be transferred ONLY ONCE to the next available event date at the event holder's (Heart Hive) discretion only. Transferred $100 deposits are non - refundable if the next booking is cancelled at any time or the attendee is no show.

Payment Plans have a non-refundable $100 deposit fee for the Cancellation of the ticket payment plan agreement at any time. COVID cancellations due to border closures or restricted travel
Fully Paid tickets will receive a full refund
Payment Plan Tickets will incur a $50 admin fee
Full refunds will be offered if the organiser (Heart Hive) cancels the workshop due to Covid issues, lack of numbers to run, or unforeseen circumstances.
