Terms and Conditions - APAC Revenue Management Summit 2022
Flexible Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We understand in these times delegates require extra flexibility to reduce their risk, we are happy to work with you on this and have the following policy, should you not be able to attend, so you can book with confidence:
1. Fully refundable 2-day ticket option available - cancel any time - (excluding online only)
2. Full Refund - for cancellations prior to 15 days before the event start date - (excluding online only)
3. Partial Refund (less AU$199 admin fee) - for cancellations within 14 days of the event start date receive a refund less the admin fee - (excluding online only)
4. Send someone else - At any stage a replacement delegate can be nominated to attend in your place, at no extra charge.
5. Training Credit Voucher - Delegates can also opt to have a ARMA credit voucher issued to the full value of their ticket for use towards an online training course rather than a refund or partial refund.
6. Online only delegates - non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event, and choose to send a replacement delegate in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing and received prior to the event commencing, please SMS - 0422194866 and 0411 790 777.
The APAC Revenue Management Summit follows all regulatory advice regarding COVID Safe event management. Any changes to the current terms and conditions and updates related to the COVID-19 pandemic will be communicated to delegates by the conference manager.
Should the event be disrupted and/or moved due to pandemic regulations beyond the control of the event managers then a credit will be applied to the new dates or a full refund if moved beyond a 15-day date range, when the normal cancellation policy terms will apply.
Please note, the attendee cancellation terms apply only to industry delegates and is not applicable to commercial sponsors/partners whose terms are outlined in their agreement.
The event management will make available event documentation to attendees, which includes on-demand access to our post event portal for 30-days. Unfortunately some speakers request their papers and/or presentations are not distributed.

Attendee Ticket Amendment Policy:
Downgrading of registrations is not permitted. Registrations may be upgraded at any time.
Sharing of Passes:
The event management do not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. Delegates can nominate a replacement delegate as per the terms listed above.
Change of Program Content, Format and/or Event Timing:
The event management will aim to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event or postpone the event (where regular cancellation terms apply) or cancel the event with no reschedule (when full refunds will be issued).
Any estimates or representations made by the event management as to the number or make-up of event participants are based on market research and experience, and are estimates only and not a guarantee or warranty as to the number, actual identity, purchasing power or level of responsibility of attendees
In order to receive a Group Booking Discount, delegates must be registered at the same time and registration must be finalised in a single payment. Please contact the event management for group bookings.
The event management reserves the right to charge admin fee of AU$99.00 (GST inclusive) or AU$199.00 (GST inclusive) on a 2-day ticket or AU$149.00 (GST inclusive) on a 1-day ticket, where registrations change significantly from time of original booking as per the cancellation terms listed above.

Privacy Act Note:
Our events are promoted by a number of supporting organisations that may send you marketing material for our events on our behalf. If you do not wish to receive direct mailings from the event, please contact the event management in writing. We will then remove your details from any of our internal mailing lists but cannot guarantee that you won't receive information about our events from supporting organisations.

Unless otherwise advised by the delegate to do so the event management DOES not share delegate emails with sponsors in accordance with the Privacy Act Laws of NSW.
Photos and Video:
Celebrating the success of our events is important and there will be photographs and video taken that will be shared on social media channels. If you do not wish to be in any publicly shared post event marketing material please advise the event management in writing. We will aim to ensure this does not happen, however, cannot guarantee this with 100% certainty, and are not responsible for any images taken and shared by delegates by their own will across public channels.
