This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the Festival Box Office to receive your wrist band as proof of admission. Your wrist band must be worn at all times during the Festival and be clearly visible in order to gain entry to the Festival venues, concerts, workshops and events. Your wristband is your ticket, if it is lost and you cannot provide proof of purchase you will need to purchase a new ticket.

Proof of age, companion or concession card may be requested.

Tickets are for general admission to Festival venues, but do not guarantee a seat in a particular concert at a particular time if that venue is deemed full by Festival organisers. Patrons are advised to get to their chosen venue early. If no seat is available in a particular venue, other venues/concerts will be available.

Camping is only permitted in designated camp sites. People camping on other public or private land without permission will be prosecuted. You are responsible for all of your personal belongings, gear and equipment within the camping reserve. Please consider others camping nearby who may be sleeping.

Volunteer tickets are refundable with authorisation if allocated tasks are completed. All other tickets are non-refundable, unless in the event of Festival cancellation.

The Festival reserves the right to alter the program at any time, including changing venues.

The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry.

The Festival has been declared a smoke free event by the Director of Public Health, please smoke in the designated smoking area in Loongana Park. Indoor ticketed venues are no smoking and no alcohol. You will be refused entry if carrying alcohol and no refund will be given. Please note, in Tasmania it is an offence under the Police Offences Act to have possession of an opened container of liquor in a public street or to consume liquor in a public street.

No audio, photographic or video recording of performances is permitted without the written permission of artists and organisers.

The Festival may withhold right of entry for all venues and the camping at Burtons Reserve for any patron who does not comply with Festival policies.

Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
