Exclusive briefing -new Tasmanian Disability Services Act.

Wednesday 6 September 2023
The new Tasmania Disability Services Act is an important opportunity towards better inclusion for autistic people, their family, and carers in Tasmania. We have arranged for the Premier' Department to provide an exclusive briefing to key people in our organisation and our members. Minister Palmer is genuinely interested in ensuring the legislation works for us. The aim of the session is to learn about the draft legislation and ask questions. Autism Tasmania Board and advisory groups will be listening to everyone's ideas and developing a formal submission to inform this important reform.
