Hot off the trail from her collaborations with You Am I's Tim Rogers, Melbourne alternative-folk-pop singer-songwriter Cookie Baker is coming to Birregurra to play for us in a secret Birregurra parlour location. Cookie Baker is a pint-sized melodic force to be reckoned with. A walking, talking exercise in compact contradiction and adaptation. As gutsy in person as she is empathetic on stage, as careful with her picked guitar as she is unapologetic with her incisive words.
Venue undisclosed until the day before the event.

Thando has been gracing stages around Australia with her electric presence and powerhouse vocals. Heralded as a commanding performer, her ability to tell a story takes her audience on a journey of loving oneself and reflection. The songstress grew up feasting on the musical offerings of Ladysmith Black Mambazo, QUEEN and TLC. Along the way, she found Jill Scott and crafted her genre bending sound with an electric live set. Kerryn Fields is an adrogynous Melbourne-based folk singer whose enormous life story and hopeless romanticism gets her into trouble (and onto airplanes). Kerryn’s poignant and powerful songs, baritone brilliance and unassuming string-plucking virtuosity leave audiences transfixed, crying and laughing hysterically.

The Butcher and the Doctor are up to something, and the Newsman sniffs a story that will take him deep into the dead heart of Australia. Deliciously dark and exquisitely crafted, Chronicles of a Sleepless Moon is a funny, sad and surreal fairy tale for grown-ups. Inspired by 1920’s radio, backyard invention, and the unique dark setting of the middle of Australia. The show will be followed by a boot stompin' gig from, The Suitcase Royale Band. This is a fundraiser for Birregurra Cricket Club
