This includes: understanding mental health and stigma, recognizing the signs of mental disorders, how and when to refer to a mental health professional, & ways you can develop and support your mental health.

The Online Standard MHFA Refresher Course allows people who have previously completed the Standard MHFA course to refresh their knowledge and skills. For people who are accredited MHFAiders, this course offers an opportunity to extend their accreditation for a further 3 years.
