SAGTA is thrilled to host a one-day workshop featuring Dr. Gianfranco Conti for our SAGTA members, as well as our friends and colleagues from other language teacher associations. 'Developing the EPI Curriculum' Attendance in this workshop is advised for those proficient in the 'Conti method,' having prior professional development experience with Dr. Gianfranco Conti. Participants should grasp and actively utilise EPI. Topics include: Key components of EPI curriculum design The principles underpinning effective short, medium and long-term planning The procedures involved in design, implementation, and evaluation of a course Acquisition-enhancing strategies, for example, recycling, interleaving, universals and fluency training The role of assessment as a means to advance learning Morning tea, a light lunch & refreshments will be provided.
