Flower wines are a somewhat forgotten art. Come learn how to harvest wild gorse - an invasive weed in Tasmania - and turn its flowers into a delicious chardonnay-style wine. Workshop inclusions: - gorse plant identification - tuition in small group - printed recipe for the wine making process - bottle of gorse wine at the end of the fermtenation and settling process. This is a gluten-free workshop.

The 7-day Vegan Intensive is a course designed to teach you as much as possible about the foundations of sophisticated vegan cookery in the shortest amount of time. It features 50 hours of hands-on cooking and theory covering soups, salads, finger foods, main courses, grain dishes, desserts, fermentation, raw food and presentation. It also includes an apron, recipe book and an extra ticket to the grand finale dinner. You can reserve your place in the course with a $100 deposit.
