Lead Like the God We Serve - Leadership Masterclass

Thursday 3 September 2026
The most radical leadership idea in the world is the one Christians already worship: God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. What if Christian leadership was shaped not by the latest leadership trends, but by the nature of the Triune God? Trinity and Leadership (LEA506) explores how the doctrine of the Trinity provides a distinctive and transformative framework for leadership. Rather than borrowing leadership principles from secular business models, this subject begins with the character and relationship of God Himself. Through biblical teaching, theological reflection, and practical application, participants will discover how Trinitarian theology shapes leadership that is relational, collaborative, empowering, servant-hearted, and mission-focused. What you will explore; - Biblical and theological foundations of the Trinity - Leadership insights from church history and contemporary theology - The Father and servant-hearted authority - The Son and incarnational, self-giving leadership - The Holy Spirit and empowering leadership - Collaborative leadership and ethical decision-making - Practical applications for churches, ministries, schools, businesses, and organisations Designed for pastors, ministry leaders, educators, Christian business people, and emerging leaders, this masterclass equips participants with deeper theological insight and practical leadership tools for contemporary ministry and organisational contexts. More than a leadership course, this is an invitation to lead like the God we worship. Three ways to participate: In person in Sydney Online via livestream from anywhere in the world For academic credit through Alphacrucis University College (LEA506 Trinity and Leadership) SCHEDULE (AEST): Day 1 - Thur, 3 Sept 9:00am - 3:30pm Day 2 - Fri, 4 Sept 9:00am - 3:30pm Meals will be provided (no extra charge). Location Alphacrucis University College Sydney 30 Cowper Street, Parramatta NSW 2150
