Our speaker is Sally Neaves from Blayney Eco Hub, a centre for ecological education, spirituality, and advocacy in the Central West region. Our chef will be John Hansen who will be preparing a vegetarian, gluten free menu working with the Eco Hub’s food philosophy “SOLVER”, using many of their wonderful fresh organic vegetables, herbs, and foraged edibles.
