Kids - Age 7-11 - Buranda Sessions

Between Saturday 14 March 2026 and Saturday 16 May 2026
These classes cover the basics of learning Parkour from a young age, including safety techniques to keep them training while minimising the risk of injury, as well as the fun and practical sides of Parkour. Kids have instinctual habits which work well with Parkour and can be developed further as they grow into more advanced training. This foundation of techniques and forming of good habits at a young age will benefit their balance, coordination, proprioception and confidence in movement.

Fundamentals/Progressions - Age 12+ - Brisbane CBD

YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED A FIRST TIMERS CLASS BEFORE ATTENDING A FUNDAMENTALS CLASS, Our Fundamentals class covers all the essential movements of Parkour and other aspects of the discipline, including techniques, strength & conditioning, stretching, training methods and the philosophies behind Parkour. Fundamentals classes are open to all skill levels, from those just starting out their training to the more advanced who may want to hone their technical skill.

First Timers Plus - Age 12+ - Brisbane CBD

Between Saturday 7 March 2026 and Saturday 16 May 2026
Welcome to our new First Timers Plus classes! These 2 hour sessions give you a 1 hour introduction to the basic movements and safety aspects of training Parkour, followed by joining our Fundamentals class for the second hour. Suitable for absolute beginners aged 12 years and over of any fitness level. Attendance at a First Timers class is required before being able to attend our Fundamentals Class. This session involves discussion about various principles of Parkour, and introduces basic movements fundamental to Parkour training and our other classes. It is only required that you attend First Timers class once, but if you would like to go through it multiple times that is also fine.
