Delve into the inner workings of your instrument. Fitting as much as we can into the 4 and a half hours you will pull apart your instrument and learn to replace springs, felts, pads and corks under our supervision. By doing these things you will learn what is involved in instrument servicing, how to identify/diagnose problems in instruments, and gain some confidence in dealing with any problems that may arise.

These workshops are designed to help you to save money on servicing & repair and to give you strategies for fixing up common problems that tend to surface at the most inconvenient times. Daily handling and care of woodwind and brass instruments is the biggest cause of high servicing costs, and is also our biggest topic of conversation with our repair customers, both student and professional players alike.

A 30 minute workshop providing information about basic flute care and maintenance. A must for any new comers to the flute.

This workshop will introduce you to the inner workings of the saxophones. With lots of hands on practice you will learn many of the techniques that we use for servicing and diagnosing issues on saxophones.
