Once Upon a Time...The Swan Princess

Once upon a time there lived a Prince and a Princess, born into separate royal families, unknowingly betrothed to each other from birth. The plan to have them marry was hatched by their parents and all is well until their coming-of-age celebration where Princess Odette is taken by an evil bird like creature. Join us as we follow Prince Derek on his noble quest to be reunited with his one true love. This one-act retelling of the world-famous ballet Swan Lake, is sure to capture the imaginations of all and is perfect for the whole family. Enjoy the dazzling costumes and Tchaikovsky’s timeless music as the dancers at Youth Ballet WA reimagine this classic tale.
