Windmills In My Mind (Staff and Student Preview)

Tuesday 2 September 2025
"Round like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel, never ending or beginning on an ever-spinning reel.” - Noel Harrison. Windmills in my Mind is a showcase of Year 11 Theatre students’ exploration into existentialism and Theatre of the Absurd. Forming part of the students’ enquiry into collaborative theatre-making, this public performance is the result of a 6-week creative development process where students have devised original productions, inspired by a starting point. This strictly limited season will be staged in-the-round in the QACI Theatre Studio. Through unexpected twists and inventive narrative structures, Theatre of the Absurd challenges you to question assumptions and reflect on the complexities of the human experience. The performance features 7 original pieces and runs for approximately 90 minutes. Considerations: Shows may contain adult themes, theatrical haze and strobe lighting.
