Resilience First Aid (RFA) as a mental health certification teaches you strength-based skills to build resilience in others. You will learn how to spot signs of low resilience, learn language to talk proactively, and skills that build resilience. This is a new approach to put trained mental health champions in place who actively boost the resilience and mental health in their communities. Blended Online MHFA Workplace

The Blended Online MHFA Workplace Course has been adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults. The Blended Online MHFA Workplace Course includes two course components. Course Component 1 – Self-paced interactive eLearning (5-7 hours) which must be completed prior to attending Component 2. Course Component 2 – Instructor-led video conferencing (2 x 3-hour sessions) via ZOOM - run over one (1) day). Session 1 starts at 9.30am, session 2 at 1.30pm. Participants must attend both sessions.
