Half Yearly Membership of the ACT Junior Chess League. This provides a discount of $5 on tournament entries, as well as allowing you to enter a limited number of ACT Chess Association (Open) events. Membership is $10 for a single player or $15 for a family membership

After school chess program for junior chess players. Every Friday (during term) from 4:00pm to 5:30 pm at Radford College, Bruce. - NB This is open to all junior (Under 18) players

Date: Sunday, 9th August 2026 (Registration at 12:45, Prize giving at 16:45) Venue: Corroboree Park Hall (47 Patterson St, Ainslie) Eligibility: Children born on or after 1 January 2006 (U18) Cost: $35 per child ($30 for a ACTJCL member) Format: 7-round Swiss tournament (All players compete 7 rounds except when pairing byes occur.) Time control: 15 minutes Awards: Trophies for the ACT Open and Girls' Champions for the Under 8, 10, 12, 14, and 18 age groups. Participants can only receive one trophy. Every player receives a ribbon.
