These classes are designed for dancers starting from scratch. They'll introduce the fundamentals of blues dancing, the basic shapes and some accessible moves you can use on the social dance floor. Each class will build up your blues vocabulary so you can start creating and improvising with your partner. Expect to have fun and meet loads of new people, while you explore becoming a grounded, versatile and expressive dancer. We'll also share some of the amazing artists who have created the blues and hope to inspire you to learn more about this rich, living culture.

This beginner friendly workshop is designed to take you from zero to hero in just one morning! Our amazing teachers Joel and Steph will have guide you on your journey to your first swingouts in a fun and welcoming environment. This is a huge step in your swing journey and we can't wait to share it with you.
