The Flagstone Community Associations Annual General Meeting will be held at the old Peet sales office, 232 Homestead Dr Flagstone (in the coles parking lot), at 6pm on September 17th. We welcome all Flagstonians to attend and have their say on how the FCA will represent Flagstone and what events will be done in 2026.

Please bring your own picnic blankets, chairs, etc... and maybe some blankets to snuggle under while you watch the movie.

FCA Halloween Event 2025 We are looking for more door sponsors so please get in touch if you're a business wanting to hand out treats on the night! We have 500 tickets available for $10.00 per child. Adults don't need tickets unless they want to trick or treat in costume too! For this, you will be able to knock on trick-or-treat sponsored doors in which you will receive a treat. Join the conga line for the dress-up competition as well as prizes for completed ticket passports so make sure you stick around as some of them will require you to still be onsite. As the diffuser workshop was so popular, we're considering doing another one at our September 17th meeting. Spaces are limited and the workshop will be held at 6pm before the meeting. You are welcome to stay for the meeting or leave. The tavern is right across the parking lot with $16 meals so we understand if you choose not to stay for the meeting although we hope you do. Tickets close on September 3rd to give Elle time to order the supplies as they take at least a week to arrive from Perth. Tickets are $20 for the workshop and you can choose to also add the $5 for a water lily reed instead of the standard stick reeds.
