Bush Play School provides a space for children aged 4-12 to play, explore, take risks, and connect with nature. We are child-led, meaning that throughout the term, children may participate in any of the following activities: The art of making fire and bush cooking, nature crafts, whittling with pocket knives, building with tools, flora and fauna ID, nature journaling, scavenger hunts etc Details: Investment: $45 per week or $50 casual visit Ages: 4-12 (Children must be independently toileting) When: Thursdays - Fortnightly 9th May - 4th July Where: Kariong Eco-Garden Time: 9:30am - 12:30pm This is a drop off program, parents are not required to stay with their children, but are welcome to stay. Bush Babies offers a sensory experience in nature designed for parents with infants aged 0-14months. Our focus is on fostering connections among new parents while promoting the cognitive development of your baby through exposure to the natural environment. Spending time in nature positively impacts infant brain development. Join us for a delightful group where you can engage in singing, sensory play, and meaningful moments with your baby, all within the embrace of nature and the company of fellow parents. Wild & Free Play is a ‘drop and leave’ school holiday program designed for 4-12 year old's that allows children to freely explore their world and community with the support of Nature Educators and Mentors. These holidays, for Wild & Free Play Winter, we will be learning to use the flint and steel to light campfires and cooking on the fire. There will be time to build with cubbies and tools! No two days at Play on Earth are the same, but typically they range from activities such as bush games, building shelters/teepees and nature exploration and crafts.
