The Bloody Mary Book Club brings book lovers together for lively discussions and great drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Instead of reading the same book, bring along whatever you're reading or a favourite to share—whether it's a novel, non-fiction, or a graphic novel, all are welcome! The first hour is spent in silent reading, followed by a 30-minute session where everyone briefly introduces their book. The Highlights: A Bloody Mary Bar 🍅🍸 with all the fixings: vodka, tomato juice, celery, olives, flavourings and so much more —customise to your liking! Your ticket includes 2 of these. Not into Bloody Marys? Enjoy Mimosas 🥂, Prosecco, or non-alcoholic beverages instead of the bloody marys. Light snacks including focaccia, pickles and dips 🍴 to enjoy with your drinks. This relaxed, 3-hour workshop welcomes both beginners and experienced artists to explore the art of drawing the human form. You'll learn techniques in proportion, anatomy, and dimension, using a range of drawing materials (all provided). As this is a life drawing class, full nudity will be involved. We’re committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe space—any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. The class starts at 3pm sharp (please arrive 15min early to get drinks and settle in), with doors locked once the session begins to ensure the model’s comfort and safety. Late arrivals will need to wait until the first break to join. What you’ll create: 5-10 short pose drawings; 3-5 medium pose drawings; 1-2 long pose drawings.
