2024 Gold Registration Fee - this is the compulsory registration fee required to complete the Award. Payment of this fee will allow student access to the online record book, allowing students to log their hours of commitment to the Award. The cost for this registration is $180.00 per participant.

This fee is requested from any Year 12, 2024 student who has been successful in securing a parking space on the College grounds at the current ballot. Permits will not be issued until payment is recorded.

Oakhill College Gymnasium Registration - Terms 2-4

Debating and Public Speaking is an interschool tournament on Friday afternoons. The tournament will commence this Friday 3rd May and will consist of 6 rounds, with one round taking place each Friday. Round 1: At Loreto Normanhurst Round 2: At Parramatta Marist Round 3: Hosting at Oakhill Round 4: Hosting at Oakhill Round 5: At Mount St Benedict Round 6: Hosting at Oakhill There is a one off registration fee of $25 for Debating and Public Speaking. If you are participating in both it is still only $25 for both.

Prayer Service and Dinner for members of the Winter Firsts Teams. The cost is $50/head for guests and free for students in Firsts Teams. Prayer Service will be held in the College Chapel at 6pm on Thursday 23rd May, followed by dinner in the CSC Foyer. FIRSTS TEAM MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO BOOK TICKETS. Each player is limited to 2 guests only. Bookings close on Monday 20th May.

You are confirming your son's/daughter's attendance to the Year 11, 2025 New Students Subject Information Day. Students are to be dropped at the College no later than 10.30am. Parents are asked to meet their son/daughter in the Centenary Sports Centre (CSC) prior to 4pm so that we can commence the presentation promptly. Due to space restrictions, we request that only one parent attend the presentation with their son/daughter. The presentation will be approximately 30 minutes in duration. The Subject Showcase will commence at the end of the first presentation and conclude at 6.15pm.
