This 4 hour practical bike riding skills training session is ideal for adults who can already balance and pedal and have at least rudimentary bike riding skills, but perhaps have not ridden for some time, are returning from an injury, or just want to develop skills and confidence.
Improve your riding skills so that you can get out on your bike more often, and use it to visit friends, go shopping, ride to work or study, and for fitness and recreation.
This course is commissioned by Nillumbik Shire Council and delivered by the professionals from Bike it Better, and is open to adults who live, work or study in Nillumbik.
