Making pickles, relishes and chutneys

We make preserves for several reasons. Most importantly they are delicious. They also allow us to preserve excess produce when available, to be pulled out or gifted up to a year later. Chutneys, pickles and relishes are three delicious ways of doing this in a shelf-stable way (no refrigeration required until they are opened). Learn the basics of these cooking methods from our experienced cooks, get hands-on practice at cooking and bottling these preserves, and take home some delicious products of the day. Session cost is $30. Wear old clothes or bring an apron, lab coat or similar.Location
