About
The Story Slam is an event where we will share personal stories of trauma and triumph.Brendan Bate will be our MC for the event, bringing the evening together in a positive way.
Katrina Cavanough, a grief & trauma therapist with 20 years experience, will be speaking with community members including Need a Feed CEO, Shaz, live on the evening in open discussions.
You will also hear from some of our community via video who will share their experiences and stories of hope.

Entertainment brought to you by 'Mick on Wheels"
Our goal is that attendees will leave with more understanding of the impact that trauma can have in our lives.
There will be a silent auction on the night where all funds raised will help Need a Feed to continue our valuable community service throughout the Illawarra.
As respect to some of our community members this event will be alcohol free and 18+.
