Come on an adventure with Textile Tutor Jan Preston.
This 2 day workshop is for those with competent sewing machine abilities, as this is a special technique class.
During the Surf Coast Arts Inc Postcard Exhibition, President Julie Dyer was questioned about the techniques used to create her work. Since Julie is a beginner in the technique, we have invited the talented Jan Preston to take you through the process of machine embroidery on water soluble solvy fibre – design, complete the sewing, then dissolve in water to leave behind the machine stitches.
