This special event blends restful yin yoga and meditative live music with affirmations of growth, inviting you to plant new intentions on this May NEW MOON ~ followed by a mother-of-herbs meditation & medicinal seed planting, to reflect on our inner growth.
The seeds you sow and a 'mother of herbs' plant are yours to take home to nurture, grow and enjoy.
~WHAT TO EXPECT ~
You will be guided to rest comfortably in easy restorative poses, embedded in Rike's soothing meditative music of Cello, Flutes and sansula infused with nature sounds and poetry of seeds and growth at the beautiful yoga health studio. Let tension melt away and restore a balanced peaceful state within.
No previous experience required, open to all.
