St John’s Patronal Dinner

Parishioners are invited to join us to celebrate the Patronal Festival of St John the Baptist.Join members from all congregations for a three-course alternate dinner.
It will be a time to come together and have some fun.
The cost per head is $37.00 (plus booking fees)
Menu (will be served alternatively)
ENTRÉE
Charred zucchini – smoked eggplant yoghurt – sunflower seeds – pomegranate –
crispy Lebanese bread (V, can be GF)
Cured salmon – pickled beetroot – compressed apple – beetroot vinaigrette (GF)
MAIN
Fish of the day – Japanese salad – brown rice – shoyu dressing (GF)
Chicken breast – choy sum – cauliflower – chilli peanut caramel (GF)
DESSERT
Dark chocolate tart – raspberry dust – honeycomb – lemon myrtle ice-cream
Vanilla panna cotta – rhubarb coulis – orange – almond crumb (GF)
