Who are we?
For over 6 years, the experienced team at Massey Online Management have been registered RMS Training Partners who not only provide excellent hands-on operational training, but also share our vast knowledge and experience from our many years in using an array of Property Management Systems (PMS).
What is RMS?
RMS has been at the forefront of development in reservations management systems for over 30 years, is trusted by more than 6,000 properties across the globe and is the preferred PMS for the MOM team. If you’ve stayed at a holiday park or hotel in Australia, there’s a good chance at least one has been run using this platform!
What you’ll learn:
Our workshops are presented online by one of our RMS system experts. In the session, you will learn how to:
- Make and edit reservations
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Generate daily reporting
- End of day bank reconciling
- Dealing with online bookings
- Meter reading
- Discounting
- Processing payments and refunds and MORE
Format:
The session is a two-hour online presentation with an RMS system expert.
Harnessing the power of technology means you can participate in real time and in a live setting, enabling all students and educators to interact, learn and share.
Get the most out of your session:
These workshops are designed to be interactive so we highly recommend having access to two screens if possible so you can watch and practice.
After the session you will receive a recording to look back on and practice your new skills.
Follow Up:
Students will receive live online tuition and the use of a demonstration system to practice their skills for 30 days after the training session. You will also have access to the RMS YouTube channel, a link to a recording of your session and a copy of the presentation slides for whenever you need a refresher.
