The Centenary coaching teams is excited to announce a ripper September School Holiday Clinic – and trust us, this is one your swimmer won’t want to miss!
📍 When: 22nd – 24th September
🎯Who: Mini Squad, Junior & Bronze Squad swimmers (8–12 yrs)
📍 Where: Terrace & Centenary Pool
Time : 8:30am - 1pm
1 day = $90
2 days = $150
3 days = $180
We’ve got 3 jam-packed days designed to sharpen technique, build speed, and get your swimmer fired up for the summer season!
💥 Monday – Fly & Breast Focus
Morning: Drill & technique work
Afternoon: Short speed sets
Plus: Dryland session to build strength & mobility
💥 Tuesday – Back & Free Focus
Morning: Drill & technique work
Afternoon: Short speed set
Plus: Summer season goal setting, games & team bonding fun
💥 Wednesday – Race skills & Speed Day
Dive & back start drills & technique
Timed sprints & relays
Sausage sizzle lunch + dive pool fun to finish off
🎁 Daily prizes – Slushies, club caps, and goggles giveaway
