About
After the beautiful energy and heart-warming success of our Winter Gathering, I’m opening the circle again — this time for Spring.Interflow Rising welcomes women and children (ages 4 - 12) into a nourishing space of rhythm, movement and stillness. Through music, creative expression and mindful practices, we weave worlds of community, culture and connection — creating a chance to slow down, share presence and rise together.
This quarterly wellbeing event is a vibrant celebration where participants will be guided through a seasonal journey. Women and children participate side by side, fostering shared joy. We’ll share the experience of singing, dancing, rhythm, meditation, mindful movement, stories, nature and craft— with a few surprises woven through.
After the session, everyone is invited to stay for deliciously wholesome treats by Wildwoman Wholefoods.
This event is limited to 12 families to keep the circle intimate.
