About
4/19 PWLH Assn will hold a lunch to commemorate the 108th Anniversary of the charge at Beersheba by the 4th Light horse Brigade.Lunch with be 2 courses consisting of a Main and Desert
Mains served alternatively :
Lemon Pepper Marinated Chicken Breast. Accompanied with a herb breadcrumb. Served with a creamy mash, oven roasted carrots, seasonal greens and topped with a creamy lemon sauce (CBGF)
Rump Fillet cooked to medium with rosemary. Salted jacket potatoes, roasted pumpkin, steamed broccolini, served with a red wine jus (GF)
Dessert:
Lemon Meringue Tart
Mixed Berry Cheesecake (GF)
Port for the toasts
Members will purchase their own drinks from the bar.
Dress:
Men: Lounge suit, Regiments Tie, Large medals if entitled
Ladies: Formal or Semi Formal Attire
