If you are interested in starting your accreditation pathway to become a qualified Swim Teacher and apply for jobs in the future, this could be for you.Young people in Brimbank aged 18-25 can submit an Expression of Interest for the Youth Aquatic Accreditation Program where they can undertake swim teacher training free-of-charge. Successful applicants will complete the Swimming and Water Safety Teacher training delivered by Life Saving Victoria. Key dates:
• 23 October 2025 - Swim Teacher Info Night (attendance optional) - www.trybooking.com/DGICZ
• 26 October 2025 - Expressions of Interest close
• Late October 2025 - Eligible applicants will be invited to a group interview
• Early December 2025 - Successful applicants will commence their Swimming and Water Safety Teacher training
