Parent/Student/Teacher Appointments are Thursday 30th January, your child is only at school on this day for their 15 minute interview time only

Literacy Assessments will take place on Wednesday 5th, Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th February as detailed below.

Numeracy Assessments will take place on Wednesday 19th and Wednesday 26th February as detailed below.

Your child will only need to come to school for your selected time slot for Wednesday assessment appointment days.

On Thursday 13th February Prep students will attend school as normal, whether your child has an assessment or not. The rest of the school (Years 1 to 6) will not attend school that day except for their Parent/Student/Teacher interview.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Enter your Invitation Code 2025prep then click on Continue Booking.

2. Choose your child's 2025 class and teacher as advised and click on it.

3. The next screen will show a long list of times available. THREE times need to be booked for each assessment.  Place the number 1 next to the available time that you would like under each section. (If you change your mind whilst on that screen, change the 1 to a 0).

4. Once you have chosen all 3 of your times, press enter and provide further details as requested.

Please ensure you book using the correct room and teacher for your child and that you select only one time slot for each assessment type.
