MHW Saturday WORKSHOP classesThese cover all the same information from our 4 series classes - but in 2 x 4.5 hour sessions!
Times: 9am - 1.30pm
Sessions: Face-to-face at Mercy Hospital for Women, 163 Studley Rd, Heidelberg
Cost: $220 for 1 ticket. 1 ticket is for 2 people (Birthing parent +1 support person) to attend both classes.

Workshop 1: Saturday 15 November 2025: 9am - 1.30pm
Topics include - Spontaneous labour & birth physiology, coping in labour, support person role, variations to labour & birth.
Workshop 2: Saturday 22 November 2025, 9am - 1.30pm
Topics include - Understanding breastfeeding, caring for your newborn, settling techniques, child safety, mum's recovery after birth, supports at home, relationship changes.
Classes non-refundable. Suitable to start from 27 weeks pregnancy.
ONLY for families booked to have their baby at Mercy Hospital for Women.
