Valour State Relay Championships 13s - Masters will be held on Friday 14th - Sunday 16th November at Blacktown International Sports ParkNominations will be the only way we accept expressions of interest to compete at State Relays. Nominations will close on Friday 31st October at 5pm
The club will submit all teams on behalf of our members
Please note a couple of changes with the 13s, 14s, 15s and 16s-17s throws and jumps relays will be made up of 3 person teams where 1 athlete will do discus, 1 x shot put and 1 x javelin for throws and 1 athlete will do long jump, 1 x high jump and 1 x triple jump for the jumps teams
Please tick all events in the throws and jumps relays if you’d like to be considered for each discipline, if when submitting your nominations it allows you to add any notes please let us know what preference you have for each event
