Join us on Tuesday, 28 October at 6:30 pm at The Glenmore Hotel for a special evening in support of mental health awareness and the Black Dog Institute.Hosted by Knox O’Connor, this event combines community, conversation, and purpose ahead of his 105 km ultramarathon. Each lap of the run will be sold and dedicated to someone who has experienced mental illness, a heartfelt tribute to those we’ve lost, those still struggling, and those supporting them.
We’re honoured to welcome Peter Joseph AM, Chair of the Black Dog Institute, as our guest speaker. Peter will share his perspective on the importance of open dialogue, early intervention, and collective action in improving mental health across Australia.
Come along for an evening of connection and cause, enjoy drinks, great company, and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful movement.
