Ethical dilemmas and complex decision-making are part of everyday care at the RCH.For many of us– finding the path forward isn’t always so clear. The pressure of making the right decision, balancing personal and professional perspectives while managing parental expectations can be confronting. For those of us doing it on a daily basis – it’s not unusual to experience anxiety, exhaustion and overwhelm.
In this Schwartz Round we’ll hear from panelists from across the RCH about experiences that tested their ethical compass and what may have steered them in the right direction.
This is a safe space to share stories - all RCH staff are welcome to attend.
