About
Candidates will be required to complete fitness components, role-plays, oral questioning, practical demonstrations and performing scenarios.- 100m run / 100m swim / 100m run (5-minute time limit)
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- SLSA signals
- Risk Assessment analysis
- Recognise appropriate safe beach zones
- Various rescue techniques, including tube and board rescues
Course Dates (SRC & BM Trained together)
- All Sessions MUST be Attended.
- Missed sessions will result in a delay in your assessment.
1 Saturday 8th November 8.30am - 1.30pm
2 Sunday 9th November 12.30pm –3.30pm
3 Saturday 15th November 8.30am - 1.30pm
4 Sunday 16th November 12.30pm – 3.30pm
5 Saturday 29th November 8.30am - 1.30pm
6 Sunday 30th November 12.30pm – 3.30pm
7 Saturday 6th November 8.30am - 1.30pm
Surf Rescue Certificate Assessment – Saturday 6th November (TBC)
8 Saturday 13th December 8.30am - 1.30pm
9 Sunday 14th December 12.30pm –3.30pm
