The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) for the 2024 financial year will be held at 3.00 pm EST on Tuesday 11 November 2024. The AGM will be held at Level 2, 72 Pitt Street, Sydney and also virtually using Teams.Please register your interest to participate.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
The business of the meeting will be:
1. Receive the report on the Company’s activities during the 2023 year
2. Receive the report on the Company’s finances during the 2023 year
3. To receive the results of the ballot for election of directors
4. To consider and vote on additional nominations for directors
5. To consider any other business
