Mackellar Girls, as part of the Northern Beaches Secondary College, would like to welcome your Year 5 daughter to attend Taste of Mackellar, an additional transition day to support your daughter's comfortable and confident transition to high school. The day involves school tours, games, and even lessons in real high school classrooms!There are strictly limited places, so please book promptly if you would like your daughter to attend.
The day will begin at 9am with a meeting in the school hall (situated on Campbell Parade) for your daughter to be welcomed, placed into a group, led by Peer Support Leaders. Please organise transport to and from the school. The day will end at 3pm.
Throughout the day, your daughter will be accompanied by a number of Peer Support leaders from the current Year 10 cohort.
Your daughter should bring a packed lunch; however, the canteen will be available at lunchtime for snacks.
